Racing heartbeat

The last two days my heartbeat has been racing at about 110bpm for about 45 minutes with no way to slow it down. This morning I laid down on the cold bathroom floor in my office to try to calm down and nothing worked. My doctor said it’s normal to have elevated blood pressure/heart rate due to the fact that I have triple the blood supply but it’s still pretty scary. As long as I don’t start fainting, feeling dizzy, or losing vision I guess I’m okay. Thankfully Ethan is kicking so much lately that he always lets me know he’s ok when I’m freaking out.
